Are the bags removable and easy to clean?

Yes. The 3 Oxford fabric bags can be removed from the frame for easier carrying and cleaning. The waterproof lining can be wiped clean and air dried before placing the bags back on the cart.

Does the cart roll smoothly when full?

The cart includes four 360° swivel wheels for easy movement on flat indoor floors. Two lockable wheels help keep it steady while loading, unloading, or sorting laundry.
