Is the bottle not completely full?

The protective headspace is an industry standard to prevent leakage. We ensure you receive the full 1000ml of product in every bottle, as rigorously verified.

Is the paint too thick or chunky?

Our formula is highly concentrated for superior coverage. A quick stir or adding a small amount of water (10-15%) is recommended to achieve a smooth, ideal painting consistency.

Does the pump get clogged or stop working?

To maintain optimal performance and extend its lifespan, we recommend simply wiping the pump nozzle clean after each use.
